Rodriguez specializes in construction law and commercial litigation, including transportation, white collar criminal defense, business torts, insurance claims and environmental law. His experience in construction related litigation includes representation of clients regarding construction liens, contract disputes, zoning waivers, building permits, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, environmental compliance, criminal defense, bankruptcy matters, and compliance with the Americans with Disability Act. Mr. Rodriguez also represents motor carriers, freight forwarders and cargo insurers in litigation involving cargo claims, freight charges and insurance coverage issues. Mr. Rodriguez received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997. He is admitted to practice law before the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the courts of the State of Florida.
