Mr. Stein has published numerous articles on current developments in construction law and is a frequent lecturer at seminars on construction related matters. Mr. Stein is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida as well as the courts of the State of Florida. Mr. Stein has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America (2006-present) for Construction Law. He is also on the panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.
