Angela A.L. Connor, partner in P&A’s Houston office, will co-present “Causes of Action & Damages in Construction Law” at the 37th Annual Construction Law Conference. Angela will discuss the causes of action and claims by owners against GCs, as well as GCs against subcontractors, along with an analysis of the downflow of claims by GCs against subcontractors and lower-tier vendors and suppliers, indemnity concerns, anti-indemnity issues, additional insured, crossclaims, and responsible third parties.

This session will take place on Thursday, March 7. The conference runs from March 7-8 at the La Cantera Resort & Spa.
