Gary M. Stein and P&A attorney co-authored an article titled “Why Arbitration May be Counter-Trending” that appeared in the October 2, 2013 issue of the Daily Business Review. The story focuses on the emerging trend against arbitration due to extended discovery periods and the fact that arbitrators are allowing more and more information (even hearsay and non-relevant testimony) to be admitted, the length of time and cost that it takes to arbitrate a case is drastically increasing.
