Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that Litigation and Construction Law attorney Nathan A. Cohen has re-joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as senior counsel.

Mr. Cohen focuses his practice on construction law, commercial litigation, real estate, corporate compliance and internal investigations. He was most recently Chief Legal Officer for a large privately-held real estate company based in Los Angeles. He actively managed and oversaw the day-to-day legal matters impacting the company while reporting directly to the Board of Directors. His responsibilities included assisting in the management of the company’s real estate portfolio, and overseeing the acquisition, sale, financing and development of properties throughout the United States.
