Peckar & Abramson along with the Institute for Design Professionals are pleased to announce an upcoming panel discussion entitled “Legal and Ethical Professional Practice Issues”. Participating in the panel is Richard Volack, a partner in the firm’s New York office, Stephen Winkles, a partner at New Jersey based firm Tesser & Cohen, Danielle Cohen, also of Tesser & Cohen, and Don Erwin, a forensic architect from Erwin & Bielinski. This engaging discussion will give architects and engineers valuable insight into how contractors work and their motivations. Richard Volack will be speaking specifically on the topic of risk management. The panel will be held on April 14th from 8:30 am to 4 in the afternoon at the Holiday Inn in Parsippany, New Jersey located at 707 Route 46 East.
