Bio
Brian regularly represents construction managers, general contractors and design builders during project construction and resolution of disputes through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He has experience advising clients in a variety of related matters within the construction industry on private and public construction projects including contract disputes, delay and disruption claims, change-order and extra work claims, mechanics’ liens, public bidding challenges and construction defect cases. Brian has a proven track record in both trial advocacy and alternative dispute resolution, having served as lead counsel in multiple jury trials resulting in favorable verdicts, and representing clients on both the plaintiff and defense side in arbitrations and mediations.
Brian earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.S. from Monmouth University. While in law school, Brian was an intern for the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and participated in the Seton Hall Equal Justice Clinic. He also held a clerkship in the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
