Bio
Joshua earned his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and M.S. in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Emphasis from Brigham Young University. He worked as a geotechnical engineer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for 10 years, providing engineering services for a variety of public infrastructure, commercial construction, industrial facility, and pipeline projects.
Thereafter, Joshua earned his J.D. from Louisiana State University, where he also participated as a Production Editor for the Journal of Energy Law and Resources. While in law school, Joshua served as a Legal Extern for the Honorable Judge Shelly Dick in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
