Bio
Roksolana is an experienced litigator representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts. She also has experience in labor and employment issues, including employee classification, discrimination, and harassment claims. In addition, she counsels clients on risk assessment and provides legal remedies to enhance their decision-making regarding their employees.
Roksolana earned her B.A. from Hunter College and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an active member of the European Law Students Association and the Legal Association for Women. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
