Bio
Tara Munder concentrates her practice on complex litigation, including commercial litigation, construction litigation, labor and employment, and privacy matters.
Tara earned her B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University and her J.D. from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law. During law school, she completed a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Martin Hoffman of the 68th Judicial District Court of Dallas County. She also volunteered as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA), representing the best interests of children in the foster care system.
Beyond her legal practice, Tara is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, the William “Mac” Taylor American Inn of Court, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
