Description
Peckar & Abramson, a leading construction law firm with a national footprint, is seeking a litigation associate with two to five years of experience for its River Edge, New Jersey office. Interested candidates should have a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and be admitted to practice in New Jersey; New York admission is a plus.
As an associate with P&A, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with senior attorneys on complex, interesting, and high-profile cases in an engaging environment that fosters professional development and career satisfaction. Associates are encouraged to engage in the development of case strategies and manage matters independently. Candidates should have experience arbitrating and litigating disputes and possess strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience with construction matters is strongly preferred.
