On Wednesday, May 13, 2020, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy issued Executive Order 142 providing for the resumption of non-essential construction projects in New Jersey as of Monday, May 18, 2020 at 6 a.m. Paragraph two of the Order, which can be viewed here, includes mandatory health and safety protocols to be followed.
