Kevin J. O’Connor, Partner in Peckar & Abramson’s New Jersey office and Co-Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice, will participate in a panel discussion at the 15th Annual Employment Practices Liability Insurance ExecuSummit – Fall Session titled “SCOTUS Decisions in 2019 & Impact on the Workplace.” Mr. O’Connor will be part of a panel of industry leaders who will discuss relevant decisions from the Supreme Court of the United States in 2019, how those precedents will impact employers, and how employers can mitigate risks going forward in light of significant changes in the law this past year. Mr. O’Connor’s presentation will take place on Tuesday, September 24 from 10:10 am to 11:00 am. The 15th Annual Employment Practices Liability Insurance ExecuSummit – Fall Session will take place September 24 – 25 at the Mohegan Sun Hotel & Convention Center in Uncasville, CT.
