Karla Pascarella, partner in the Peckar and Abramson’s Austin office, will speak at the San Antonio Bar Association International Law Section Meeting on December 14, 2018 at Paesanos Lincoln Heights in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Pascarella will discuss International Human Rights Obligations during the meeting.
