Charles Kenny, Peckar & Abramson Partner and Executive Committee member, will participate in the webinar, “2020 Construction Law Forum” on Thursday, June 4 from 9:00am to 4:00pm EDT. The program will provide a day of in-depth analysis of some of the most common areas in construction law and will provide attendees with practical and strategic advice to easily overcome the most common legal challenges they’re likely facing (or are likely to encounter) in their practices. A popular special section on ethical issues is also included. The program is hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Construction Law Section and the NJSBA Insurance Law Section. CLE credit is available.
