Gregory R. Begg, partner and Co-Chair of Peckar & Abramson’s Labor Relations and Employment Law Practice, will present “Avoiding and Resolving Union Jurisdictional Disputes” at the 2021 AGC Annual Convention during the Union Contractors’ Committee Meeting, on Thursday, September 23 from 2:00-3:15 pm ET. The presentation will discuss union trade jurisdiction, conflicting jurisdiction claims between unions, how to anticipate and avoid such claims and how to resolve them when they occur. The event will take place in person at the Orlando World Center Marriott. Other speakers are Patrick Velazquez of the Nevada Contractors Association and Michael Schechter of AGC Minnesota.
