JD Holzheauser, a senior associate in Peckar & Abramson’s Austin office, will present during “Texas Mechanic’s Lien and Payment Bonds,” a lunch & learn hosted by AGC Austin. The seminar will take place June 21 from 12:30am to 2:00pm CT, and will provide an overview of the process for filing lien and bond claims, including notice deadlines and statutory requirements, as well as an overview of the available options when faced with the need to challenge and remove lien claims.
