Jerry P. Brodsky, Partner and Director of Peckar & Abramson’s Latin American Practice, will serve as a moderator during Part 2 of the webinar series “Bridging the Americas,” hosted by the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law. His co-moderator is Roberto Hernandez- Garcia, Managing Partner of COMAD, S.C. in Mexico City. As more and more companies perform work in civil code jurisdictions, it is critical for them, with the assistance of counsel, to be able to to recognize differences in the legal systems that impact their risk allocation and project management. The webinar series takes on the practical implications and impacts of the differences between the legal systems. Part 2 will specifically discuss the material differences that industry participants need to appreciate in assessing, claiming, and proving damages in front of a common law or civil law judge, arbitrator, or DRB.

Part 2 will take place on Wednesday, March 24 from1:00pm to 2:30pm EST.
