Jerry P. Brodsky, Partner and Director of Peckar & Abramson’s Latin American Practice, will participate as a panelist for the webinar “COVID-19 Leadership Series: International Perspectives on COVID-19,” hosted by the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law. Taking place on Tuesday, June 30 at 4pm EDT, the panel will discuss how the pandemic and related economic disruptions, travel limitations, and border closures have affected international design and construction and cross-border relationships among industry stakeholders. They will also offer perspectives on the current situation and insights about what lies ahead for current and future projects, as well as international dispute resolution.
