RegisterAdrian Bastianelli, III, a Partner in Peckar & Abramson’s Washington, DC office, will participate in a panel discussion at the 2020 American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL) 31st Annual Meeting. The discussion, “What’s New Pussycat in International ADR?”, will focus on current issues in International ADR, including the results of the 2019 Queen Mary Arbitration Study and the Singapore Convention on Mediation. As Chair of the ACCL’s ADR Committee, Adrian will moderate the discussion, which is presented jointly by the ADR and International Committees.
The panel will take place on Friday, February 21st from 4:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m. at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona.
