Michael C. Zisa, partner and chair of the firm’s Surety and Construction Related Insurance Defense Practice, will present “Force Majeure & Beyond – How to Protect Your Right in the COVID-19 World” during the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA)’s Hybrid Conference & Exhibition. Mike’s session will take place July 19 from 4:00pm to 5:00pm EDT. Mike will discuss identifying key contractual provisions to protect one’s rights, what those provisions cover and do not cover, and best practices for protecting one’s rights and documenting time and cost impacts. The conference will run from July 19-23 and attendees can attend virtually or join their peers for the first two days at one of six cities that will offer in-person attendance by streaming the virtual conference.
