Charles F. Kenny will be participating in a panel discussion for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) titled “Indispensible Issues In Commercial Real Estate Pratice”. The course will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2015 at the Law Center in New Brunswick. The one day course will review various issues in commercial real estate law such as redevelopment, affordable housing, build to suit leases and owner-contractor agreements. Mr. Kenny will focus his portion of the discussion on Owner-Contractor Agreements.
