Charles E. Williams, III will be teaching a class at the General Contractors Association of New York on January 7-9, 2014 in New York, New York. Mr. Williams will be speaking on the topic titled “Record Keeping, Rules and How to Comply: DBE and MWBE Programs Set Rules of Conduct for Prime Contractors and Minority and Women Owned Firms. The presentation will focus on the ins and outs of those rules along with other critical requirements such as certified payrolls, prevailing wage requirements and union benefit payments.
