Borrowed Servant Agency and Vicarious Liability Dangers” at the 2020 CLM Workers Compensation and Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality Conference. The panel will discuss the importance of investigating the existence of an employer/employee relationship at the outset of a claim and how to determine if the insured staffing agency is an employer. Various liability standards under Title VII, ADA, and general vicarious liability standards will be addressed. The session will take place June 17 at 11:00am EDT during the virtual conference which runs from June 16-18.
