With the $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act funding finally hitting the streets, large infrastructure programs are attracting the attention of many contractors, construction managers, and consultants. However, those with little to no experience with public contracts face large risks, not the least of which is unintentionally running afoul of the False Claims Act.

This session will provide cautionary tales, lessons learned, and best practices for government contract compliance and false claims avoidance in an effort to address this issue.
