Karla Pascarella, a partner in the firm’s Austin office, will moderate a panel at the Commercial Observer’s 2017 Design & Construction Conference: Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Leading Women in Construction and Design on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the CUNY Graduate Center in New York City. Ms. Pascarella’s panel is entitled ” Challenges and Opportunities for Women – Fostering a Culture of Diversity from the Field to the Boardroom”. This conference will explore the challenges and opportunities women face in construction and design and how the market compare to other industries. The conference will also investigate tactics for overcoming stereotypes in the workplace, expanding your personal network and identifying and managing opportunities for professional growth in the future.
