Patrick J. Greene, Jr., Chair of the firm’s Government Contract’s committee and Partner in the firm’s New Jersey office, will moderate a panel discussion at the Commercial Observer’s The Cure: The 2017 Healthcare Construction Report on September 19, 2017 at the CUNY Graduate Center in New York. This event will explore issues currently shaping the national and regional healthcare construction markets. As new healthcare policies and innovations are implemented, demand for new healthcare facilities and upgrades is growing. Further, an aging U.S. population, new technologies, rising demand for single occupancy rooms and increased healthcare consumerism are more and more shaping decisions about new hospital locations, design and functionality. Speakers from the healthcare construction industry will discuss the effects of these trends, and the uncertainty that financial concerns and government policy changes bring.
