Michael C. Zisa, co-managing partner of Peckar & Abramson’s Washington, DC office, and chair of the firm’s Surety and Construction Related Insurance Defense practice, will present during “Contract Killer Clauses and How to Negotiate Out of Them,” a webinar hosted by ConsensusDocs. The webinar, which will take place on March 9 at 2:00pm ET, will cover examples of the most important and often poorly drafted “killer clauses” and how you can avoid them to get better project results. In addition, attendees will learn to identify the clauses that impact their bottom line, like work scope, payment, differing site conditions, and indemnification—gain contract negation strategies and insights that include leveraging ConsensusDocs standard contract provisions.
