A Look at the Cardinal Change and Cumulative Impact Doctrines” at the 37th Annual Construction Law Conference. Tim will review federal and state case law on the doctrines of cardinal change and cumulative impact to examine whether a change order is still a prerequisite to a claimant obtaining relief or recovery against an owner.
