Tiwana will participate in the panel, “Emerging Building Technology and Attendant Changes in Construction Contracts and Liabilities” at the 36th annual Construction Super Conference. This panel aims to evaluate and discuss how general contractors, designers, and construction managers intend to incorporate new technology into their workflows and the means of addressing these technologies in construction contracts. During this session, attendees will:
- Come away with an understanding of some of the latest technologies commercially available for use in 2023 and how these new technologies may change the construction business going forward;
- Learn about the organization of the necessary documentation and data required for dispute resolution; and
- Learn about different types of claims in construction disputes, ranging from scheduling to loss of productivity.
