This session will define particular mental processes that live outside of our conscious awareness and how those unconscious processes may impact efforts involving DEI. Attendees will gain a practical understanding and new approach toward diversity, equity, and inclusion that can support their practice of construction law, everyday company/firm culture, and life in general.
