This presentation will give an overview of the new Buy America requirements that are a part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law’s Build America, Buy America Act; changes to Buy American Laws and impacts to federal contractors; agency guidance restricting the use of waivers by agencies; highlight the provisions that give this new rule teeth; and explore the potential impacts of compliance failure for contractors.
