Paul Monte, co-managing partner of Peckar & Abramson’s New York office, will present “Combat Boredom: Using Computer-Generated Animation and Simulation Evidence at Trial” at the 2021 Construction SuperConference on December 8. This presentation will discuss how computer animations, simulations, and 3D modeling can help explain complex, technical construction issues to juries, judges, and arbitrators as well as the differences between classic forms of demonstrative evidence such as charts and diagrams, and an animation or simulation. The conference will be held from December 6-8 at the J.W. Marriott Bonnet Creek in Orlando Florida, and Paul’s presentation will take place on Wednesday from 1:45pm – 3:00pm.
