The seminar titled, “Contracting with Owners to Avoid Disputes and Increase Profitability” will focus on a general contractor’s relationship with owners, with an emphasis on negotiation of key contract provisions including design responsibility, notice, indemnity, insurance, and payment, among others. The seminar will also include a discussion on project administration and dispute avoidance.
