Melinda S. Gentile, Partner in the firm’s Miami office, will speak at The Florida Bar RPPTL Section Construction Law Committee Contractors University on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Contractors University will deliver practical advice on construction business practices. The University is a collaborative workshop where construction lawyers work with you in suggesting and developing prudent business procedures and solutions ready for immediate implementation in your office to reduce legal exposure and strengthen your claims. The two sessions titled, “Best Practices for Preparing Claims & Effective Dispute Resolution” and “Practical Tips for Understanding Construction Insurance and Gaps in Coverage – Don’t Be Bare!” will provide interactive education with usable forms, checklists and other tools for use in your day-to-day business to help manage the legal aspects of construction.
