RegisterGregory R. Begg, Partner in the firm’s New Jersey office, will present at the AGC LELC’s 34th Annual Construction Labor Law Symposium. The presentation is titled “Current Issues in Project Labor Agreements.” Mr. Begg’s presentation will take place on Friday, May 4 from 2:40 PM to 3:30 PM. The AGC LELC’s 34th Annual Construction Labor Law Symposium will take place May 3-4 at the Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC.
Mr. Begg is co-chair of Peckar & Abramson’s Labor Relations and Employment Law Department. He counsels private employers, public employers and Employee Retirement Income Security Act entities in all matters of employment law, litigation and labor relations management. He has extensive experience representing employers in litigation involving race, gender, mental and physical disability, national origin and pregnancy discrimination, as well as providing counseling regarding fair labor practices, union organization campaigns and representation in collective bargaining negotiations, including the negotiation of project labor agreements for large, public and private construction projects.
