Curtis W. Mr. Martin will participate in a panel discussion on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 titled “Getting Ahead of the Curve: The Construction Defect Legislation Currently on the Books and Whether It has Been Effective in Heading Off Claims”. During this session, the speakers will explore the legal landscape of construction defect statutes and provide an opportunity for contractors, insurance brokers and insurance carriers to assess and compare the practical benefits of the different approaches that different states have taken.
