Oklahoma has expanded the use of integrated delivery methods including design-build and Public-Private Partnerships (P3s) to state and local government agencies. Public owners nationwide have found allowing innovation and collaboration to flourish on design-build projects has delivered projects with consistent cost and time savings, resulting in fewer changes, fewer claims and less litigation. More than 40% of the nation’s projects are delivered using design-build with widespread or full design-build authority provided in 42 states.
