Jerry P. Brodsky, partner in the firm’s Miami office and Director of the firm’s Latin American practice group, will conduct the Dispute Boards Module II training workshop, August 9-10, 2018 in San Jose, Costa Rica. The conference is sponsored by The Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) and the Conflicts Resolution Center of the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica (CFIA). The workshop consists of operations training and the practical systems of a Dispute Board. The training will be based on case studies, real situations, projects and simulations in the performance of a Dispute Board during site visits and hearings.

The DRBF provides assistance with the worldwide application of the Dispute Board (DB) method by providing advice and suggestions tailored for the conditions and practices existing in project areas. They provide guidance on effective DB implementation tailored for the conditions and practices existing in project areas, as well as training DB practitioners and promoting best practices.
