Peckar & Abramson’s Miami office will be hosting its second Rising Star Educational program on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at The Riverside Hotel, 620 East Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The program titled “Document Control” will address document control on construction projects, which is critical to success and risk mitigation. The conference will also address the legal issues surrounding Contract Documents, Change Orders, RFI’s, ASI’s, Submittals, Certificates of Insurance/Endorsements, CCD’s and As-Builts. P&A attorneys and industry professionals will discuss the latest technologies to maximize efficiency and most effectively manage construction documents.
