Aaron C. Schlesinger, co-chair of Peckar & Abramson’s Labor Relations and Employment Law practice, will present “Basics of Unionized Workplaces (Collective Bargaining, Strikes, Grievances, Boycotts, ULP’s)” at the Defense Research Institute (DRI) 2022 Labor Law Virtual Boot Camp on Wednesday, February 9. The session will explore life as an employer when operating with a union-organized workforce, including potential strikes, lock-outs, boycotts and unfair labor practices, as well as the handling and arbitration of union grievances. Aaron’s session will begin take place from 3:20pm to 4:20pm CT while the boot camp will run from 12:00pm to 4:30pm CT.
