Irving, Senior Counsel in Peckar & Abramson’s Houston office, will present “Overview of the NLRA and NLRB” at the Defense Research Institute (DRI) 2022 Labor Law Virtual Boot Camp on Wednesday, February 9. Stephen is co-chair of the event and his session will cover the rights and responsibilities of employers under the National Labor Relations Act and the unusual manner in which the National Labor Relations Board interprets the law and pursues its mandate. It will take place from 12:10pm to 1:10pm CT while the boot camp will run from 12:00pm to 4:30pm CT.
