Robert S. Peckar, Founding Partner of the firm, will be presenting at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat’s 2017 Conference Connecting the City: People, Density and Infrastructure taking place October 30 – November 3, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Sydney in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Peckar will participate in the Construction and Management Session 2E, titled “Enlightened Management of Project Problems and Disputes” will discuss how industry professionals can use existing processes to better solve problems and avoid the escalation of problems into claims and disputes all for the benefit of the project schedule and budget.
