Adrian L. Bastianelli, III, of counsel in Peckar & Abramson’s Washington D.C. office, will present during “Evolution or Revolution? A Global Perspective on Dispute Boards and Adjudication,” a webinar hosted by Ankura and the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association. The presentation, which will take place February 22 at 12pm ET, will offer insight into construction adjudication and why it is needed but often opposed and also will explore evolving trends in dispute resolution and its alternatives, as well as the key differences across jurisdictions.
