Frank M. Rapoport will be a moderator at the upcoming P3 Bulletin P3 Hub South meeting on February 3 – 4, 2015 which will be held at the Four Seasons in Miami, Florida. Mr. Rapoport will moderate a panel on the topic titled “Military Housing Privatization in the South.” The panel will discuss lessons learned for P3 project delivery, what has worked best and where, as well as future projects. P3 Bulletin’s latest P3 Hub will focus on public private partnerships (P3s) across some of the most exciting states in the South. The P3 Hub brings together mayors, procurers, investors and advisors to debate the future of P3 in a series of interactive panel discussions covering the latest opportunities in the P3 transportation and the emerging social and water sectors.
