Frank M. Rapoport will be participating in a panel discussion at the 2016 Southeastern Region Contractors Forum – A Blueprint for Success: Public-Private Partnerships in Florida and Beyond on February 16, 2016, at the Conrad Hotel in Miami, Florida. Mr. Rapoport’s panel discussion titled “Key Drivers of a P3 Deal” will discuss how contractors and concessionaires evaluate the market dynamics that create a successful P3 project. Panelists will consider the factors to weigh during the pursuit planning process. Panelists will also consider how to select the right partners for the job. This event will help contractors understand the basics of a P3 deal and the role played, and responsibilities assumed, by the contractor in such an arrangement.
