Rapoport will be participating in a panel discussion at the 2016 P3 Bulletin’s P3 Hub South – The Growth and Management of the Local Municipal and Civic Pipeline on February 17, 2016, at the Conrad Hotel in Miami, Florida. Mr. Rapoport’s panel discussion will address the public sector checklist; establishing and cementing relationships at the necessary milestones; and, accepting unsolicited bids and recognizing suitable projects. The second annual P3 Hub South brings together procurers, investors and advisors to bring a southern perspective on the latest trends and challenges in delivering infrastructure through partnership.
