Jerry P. Brodsky along with Lee A. Weintraub, will co-host The Seminar Groups Florida Public-Private Partnerships: Strategies for Success and Preventing Pitfalls seminar, April 10. 2015 in Miami, Florida. This seminar will provide the architectural, engineering, construction, finance and legal industry with details about P3s from professionals who have successfully navigated and completely understand its complexities. Our panel of industry leaders will present the necessary considerations and suggested solutions for a successful P3 project. We will discuss changes in Florida law affecting P3 jobs and highlight emerging trends in the way P3 jobs are approached in Florida. This program is designed to ensure perspectives from both the public and private sectors, the financial and the legal side. Frank M. Rapoport and Joshua A. Levy will participate as faculty members on various panels during the seminar.
