Jerry P. Brodsky will be speaking at the Third Annual FIDIC Americas Contract Users’ Conference sponsored by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and IBC Legal Conferences (IBC), October 13-16, 2014 at the Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Brodsky will speak on a panel on October 15, 2014 titled “Dispute Boards: A Global Comparative Perspective”. The panel will discuss an overview of the growing use of Dispute Boards, domestically and internationally, in all major forms of contracts as an alternative to litigation for construction claims, particularly as it relates to FIDIC contracts and their requirement to go through the mandatory DAB process.
