Joseph S. Sestay will be speaking at the Architects Institute of America Inland California Chapter (AIAIC) on January 21, 2015, which will be held at HMC Architects in Ontario, California. Mr. Sestay, who is also an architect and an AIA member, will be speaking with Carol Benassi, co-presenter and architect with Thornton Tomasetti. Mr. Sestay will be discussing legal issues affecting architects, owners, and contractors. He will cover various topics including AIA contracts, case/project examples, current laws affecting project design and construction, along with project bidding information for architects and design professionals. Mr. Sestay will also discuss comparisons of traditional project delivery and alternatives, such as integrated project delivery.
